Refund on credit

have added money to credit but money is stil coming out via direct debit is there any chance I can get refund on my credit ?

Hey @James_26937 thanks for posting here, if you make a manual payment within 10 working days of your Direct Debit, your Direct Debit will still be taken by the bank and they extra payment will appear as a credit on your account which you will be able to see on your next bill.
