Selecting €30 in the top-up section but only getting 20

This is not the first time it happens and it is getting quite annoying. I'm trying to top un my 30 quid all you can eat plan using Three mobile website. I select the €30 option and make payment to only find out that only 20 quid was added to my account, so my 30 quid plan is not activated. Is this how you making a quick buck nowadays, Three Ireland? I hope this is a bug in your website and not intentional. This is the third time that this happens. To be clear, my card is charged 20 euro, but to activate my plan I'll have to top un another 30 quid now, and those 20 quid I already paid will be drained next time I don't top up in time because there's no way to disable data usage outside one's plan.

Hey @Victor_K thanks for posting here, once you have selected the €30 button your plan should be topped up by €30 and similarly if you top up by €20 your plan will be topped up by €20 however I can assure you this isn't someway to make a "quick buck. Pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check the account for you.
