Suddenly do not have any allowance????

I top up my number on 14th March, but today (16th March) around 1 AM, I suddenly do not have any allowance and do not have access to text, phone and internet!!! This is not making any sense. Can you fix this????

Same. Got text to say thanks  for auto topping up, your balance is 90+ euro on Wednesday, this morning woke to find a zero balance and asking me to top up??

The exact same thing has happened to me. I also topped up my phone on the 14th March and today (16th March) I get a message at nearly 3am from Three saying my balance is low and when I checked my balance it was zero.

Same problem I topped up by schedule the 12th of march and now I have no data, 0 allowance from my 87euro I had. I had to pay another 20 euro to get my "all you can eat" plan again because I need the internet on my phone but I hope they give me 20 euro back after this issue.

Same here, topped up on the 6th of march and woke up to message saying I had no credit. Checked three online and it said I was charged 18.83 euro last night randomly on unlimited data account. What the hell! This is not on three, I had to go ask a neighbour for his WiFi password, small baby here and need access to phone for contacting in emergency!

Both of my Three Ireland numbers have no allowance, even though I topped them up at different times. This has never happened before.  Any advice on what might be causing it?

I’m glad this is not just happening to me! I topped up on the 13th and got the text message assuring me of my usual benefits, and then this morning I get the ‘balance is low’ text. I have been queuing to speak with an agent for the last 20 minutes, if this is a widespread problem I don’t think I will be moving up in the queue any time soon. Hopefully it is fixed for everyone today but I have never experienced something like this before with 3?

Same happened to me over €120  to €0. No idea why. Can't get through to customer service
