Suddenly do not have any allowance????

I top up my number on 14th March, but today (16th March) around 1 AM, I suddenly do not have any allowance and do not have access to text, phone and internet!!! This is not making any sense. Can you fix this????

Exactly the same issue. Topped up again in an attempt to get mobile data back and they took my money but still I dont have any allowance

Are you pay as you go? Same thing happened to my boyfriend but I’m bill pay and mine is still working fine. He is going mad. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon or I will be ringing them

I have the exact same problem today! It took nearly €50 credit from my account. And no data, using someone's hot-spot now. Will we be updated on this soon?
