Hi. I received a text from Three saying my number is inactive.
I checked and was able to send and receive calls.
I last made calls on the 27th Sep - when I also received a text message saying my number is inactive.
I last topped up at the start of June.
Can someone tell me why I have received these texts.

Hey @peristeronic, thanks for posting here and it sounds like the SMS may have been sent in error. I would recommend contacting either 1913 or our web messaging team here who will be able to check the account and confirm this for you.

I see other people have posted here on the forum about this problem and have had things checked out without needing to be referred to another point of contact.
Is this possible for me?
