I topped up my phone by €20 by accident instead of €25 which activates my plan. If I top up by €10 (minimum amount to top up) will it automatically start my plan or will it be used as more credit?
Hey @Ashyxo thanks for posting here, if you are on a plan that €25 activates you will need to top up by €25 in one transaction to activate the plan however if you would like me to check the account and confirm pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check the account here for you.
