I purchased a €4.99 200MB data add on towards the end of August as I needed to use data in September. Once I was done with it I cancelled it and figured that would be the end of it, except I got charged again at the end of September. I logged back into My3 and found that the add on was, for some reason, still active. Again I cancelled it, only to get charged again today for it. I go through the following: log into My3 and go to explore add ons and see the following:
I then click on the X to remove it and get the following message:
I click on Remove and see my current recurring price has changed from €4.99/mo to this:
So for all intents and purposes it looks to be cancelled. Yet upon logging out and logging back in, I go back to the same page and find the same add on is still applied. And if I go through the same process to try and remove it - again - I get this old favourite:
So how do I get this add on removed once and for all?
