I set up a PAYG SIM on three recently.
Simply trying to setup recurring payment every 28 days to continue allowances.
First page on takes card information, this works fine. Then the following page asks for instant or recurring payment.
I select recurring and the start date and hit 'create'.
The page just resets and with no sign of the recurring payment anywhere and no error message.
@Nicola_2023 Hi Nicola, it looks like you're stuck in a loop check out the below steps to help get your scheduled top-up set up.
Log in to your My3 account
From the dashboard go to TOP UP
Enter your personal details & click continue (When you're entering your address, can you ensure not to input it all into the same field)
Choose Instant Top-Up & do a manual initial top-up. At this point please note that you will need to use the same card you had previously used on the automated system 1913.
If that top-up is successful, you will then be able to set a scheduled top-up using that same card.

I have the same issue. Hitting “create” does nothing. Just refreshes the page. Any blog for this bug in the website?

Same issue. Have tried several times. Got onto chat and they weren't able to help either. Not very user friendly.
@Add_93458 Hi there, have you tried the above steps I suggested to help set up a scheduled top-up? If you have & are still unable to set it up what error message are you seeing/getting?
