When to Top Up ? - Schedule Top Up - My3 App on iOs

Hello to the 3Community,

My name is Coline.

I am a french student in your beautiful country for one year.

I purchased a 20 € prepay plan for my needs but I am not very familiar these types of plans.

So I have three questions :

Q1

Today (09/26) there are 5 days left in my plan.

When should I top up ? On 09/30 or 10/01 ?

Q2

Can I configure a schedule top up in anticipation for the right day ?

Q3

I can access my My3 space via the web site but can't use the My3 App.

I run an iOS device but the App is not available on the French Apple AppStore (and I can't switch to the Irish AppStore). Is there any plan to publish the My3 App on non Irish AppStores ?

Hey @Coline_68117, Welcome to the 3Community 🙂

To download the My3 app you will need to have your location within the App Store set to Ireland however if you are unable to do this I would recommend contacting Apple directly for support. Once you are on the My3 app or on Three.ie you will have the option to set up a scheduled top-up so that your account tops up automatically every 28 days. From the information above your plan sounds like it is set to expire on September 30th at 23:59 so I would recommend setting up the scheduled top up for October 1st and this will continue automatically every 28 days going forward.

I can’t change my App Store location because my parents are running an Apple Family plan I’m depending on. And I easily understand there’re not an big interest for Three to publish the App on the French store for the few customers concerned. But if you do so one day it would be great. Meantime I will use the three.ie website. Not a big problem.
