I have a been using the €20 prepay plan for years. I most recently re paid for it on the 23rd of February this year. It is currently the 16th of March, and when I try to use my mobile data, I am getting message saying that I have run out of data for this month. I should have another week left in my plan.
I would like to know why this is happening and if other people are having the same problem? Can this be fixed?
In my case, I was told the technical team are working on the issue and all credit will reappear in the next few hours. I mentioned that it's an issue for a lot of people here on the Three community page, so I'll see what they say

If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
