If I port to another network during the cooling-off period with Three Mobile, do I have to pay an early contract-breaking fee?
I ported from Three to another network during the cooling-off period. Now, they have sent me a bill for €300. When I chatted with an agent, they said that I was not allowed to port out during the cooling-off period, only to change the contract, so I have to pay the fine.While i moved from another network to three the previous provider cancel the contract automatically

If you are looking to cancel your contract during a cooling off period I would recommend contacting 1913 and a member of our customer service team will be able to check the account for you.
