Put money in my account it disapeared with out topping me up

I added 20 euro to my account only for it to dissapear and not top me up

Hey @Lucy_61647 thanks for posting here, if you are on a plan like the Three Super Surfer where the activation amount is €20 then a €20 top up will activate the plan for 28 days from the date you topped up.

I'd love to check this out on the account for you. Pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can confirm this for you.

I have a similar issue - I put in €10 twice, so €20, and my number still has no data.

Hey @ODG if you are on a plan that requires a €20 top up to activate the plan this needs to be completed in one transaction to activate the plan, if you would like me to check the account for you pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number address and date of birth.
