Hi guys, I have entered a lot of competitions both last year of 2024 and this year 2025 on my account on three & three+. I tend to enter a few competitions but only the ones im interested in I do this once a month when I need to top up but I have been receiving a call just 1 phone call maybe once every week or two weeks from a 00 32 number which says Belgium so I always ignore it until I saw tonight that others have also been called by similar numbers and it’s been the loyalty team.
Im just wondering what I do from here in regards to enquiring about the phone number/ competitions
