Received an email in Community from 3

Hi, 

I received a an email advising that I had a private message in the 3Community 

Subject line is: Happy New Year from 3Community: Three+ Winners 2024 and Pre-Order Samsung S25!

Sender: Three_Alex

When I use the link it gives an access denied notice and I cannot see anything in my private messages. Can you please help?

The same thing happened to me and frankly I don't trust this company enough to not change the my3 password right after this.
If there was a security breach here someone just collected a lots of userinfo right off the bat from the people who clicked on the link from the email, so rather be safe than sorry...

Had the same message and also got the access denied message.

I’ve no idea how to find private messages on here, doesn’t seem to be a link anywhere

@f_attila thanks for posting here. I'd like to let you know it was a genuine message from 3Community to notify you of a PM sent. We are aware that some members had difficulties accessing this PM, which we apologise for and are looking into.

Thought I'd won something. Never got a message like that from 3 before.. just my luck

It wouldn't hurt to know where exactly can I read this message then because all I have here is just a notification feed.
There's no submenu for PMs for me.

I have had the same issue as this. Got the message and it says access denied. I also cannot find private messages in this forum.

Hey @f_attila & @Magicalmarsh , thanks for commenting with the above, I have checked this here for you and you should both have access to view your PM's however you may need to sign out and sign back in to see the inbox/envelope icon at the top of the screen.

Hi. Same problem here. I received the above message, but can't access it, as I get the "Access Denied" error message. As above I thought I might have won something. Now if Three wants to send us all out a free mobile, so that no one feels disappointed, I don't think we'd mind. 😉
