Hello. I received a call and text letting me know that I had won concert tickets this morning. The line was a bit bad and I could not hear for which concert. I find it odd that only 1 attempt is made to call. I've entered comps and have 1 ir 2 calls not leave a voice mail (could have been from anyone!) But when I'm in work, I'm not allowed to have my phone with me. What if I win a comp? Its not my fault I can't answer.

Hey @Mel_6778 , thanks for posting here, if you have received multiple calls from our Loyalty team this may have been in relation to an offer as an account as the team would only call competition winners once as per the terms and conditions entrants agree to and you can find these here.

@Mel_6778 As the terms and conditions advise that you will receive a call if you are a competition winner this is why you wouldn't receive a voicemail or an email however I will pass this feedback onto the Three+ team.
