If you have just upgraded your Three phone, here’s what you need to know:
New phone, same plan?
- Check if your current SIM fits into your new phone. If it does, you’re all set!
- If not, you will need to insert the SIM that came with your phone and activate it.
New phone, new plan?
Prepay
Did you select your new plan as part of your order? Your new plan will activate automatically. You can confirm this in your My3 account All About My3 and Prepay
