Moving to Three?
Have you received a new Three phone for Christmas and now you need to move your number? Well, don't stress, because it's easier than you might think! Just click here, and follow the outlined four-step process to start moving your number.
Please note that during the festive period (22nd December to 1st January), moving numbers between networks can only be processed between 10am and 4pm.
eSIM
Got your shiny new phone and want to set up eSIM instead of worrying about a physical SIM card? Begin your eSIM journey by clicking, here.

SIM replacement
How long has it been since you got a new SIM card? Well, if you can't remember, then it is more than likely time for a new SIM! If your new phone came with a replacement SIM card, all you need to do is activate it by clicking here, and follow the outlined steps.
If you don't have a SIM card replacement but would like a new one, you can order a SIM, here. But if you need your new SIM card ASAP, just pop into your local Three store, and our Retail team will be happy to help you 😊

Transferring your data
Before you can start using your new phone, you will need to transfer your data. It's no good having a fancy new phone if you don’t have your contacts, photos, music or apps ready to go!
