Apparently if a network does’t support rcs, apple is releasing updates to enable it on individual networks, but on a case by case basis, so probably be 5 years before apple gets to Ireland with its low customer numbers.
easier if a network just enable a recognised, open protocol itself instead of waiting for apple and manufacturers to do it.
I can’t help but wonder, the visual voicemail, apple released in 2007 and again a network feature we never seen, I wonder if networks said to customers then to wait on apple to roll it out… though with the new live voicemail we might final have some version
