Bill more than plan should be

Hi there,

I received my first bill as part of my new bill pay account.

Account No: xxxxx
Bill Due Date: 12/05/2023
Amount Due: 20.41

However I don't understand why the amount due is more than the plan I'm on which I was told should be 17.50 (including vat) for 6 months.
