Cancel insurance and downgrade plan

I spoke to an online agent last month through chat to cancel my insurance. I received a SMS message from three saying it was cancelled yet I was still billed. Can someone help me to cancel it? I tried ringing 1913 but the waiting time is an hour. I would also like to downgrade my billpay plan from 45eu a month to 30eu. My contract expired on 12th of April. Thanks.

@olovd Have you found the answers to your questions? Do you remember the date you cancelled your insurance? Can you compare this to the dates for the insurance on your bill? Let's say your billing cycle is the 23rd of March, and you cancel your insurance on the 24th. The bill dated the 23rd will show a full month's insurance but your next bill, 23rd of April will have any refunds due 👍

Seems like the matter regarding the insurance is sorted out now. Thank a mill. Can you help me sort out how to change to a lower plan or prepaid. I'm currently on classic flex max.
