How do I cancel my bill pay? I was told by 3 team that I would receive an email or letter telling me my final balance to pay but that was over a month ago and still nothing. Please help??
@Add_48500 Hi there, you'll need to speak with our care team to request the cancellation. When was the cancellation request placed on your account?
With any cancellation request, 30 days notice is placed on the account. Once the 30 days are up your account will be closed, after the account is closed your final bill will then be sent out via the post & this will be the confirmation that your account is closed.
