Porting delay

Porting delay

Hi

 

My number was due to port to 3 Bill pay yesterday at 1pm, but still has not moved across.

 

i am eager to use my new handset, but can’t as it is sim locked to the 3 Network

 

Can someone take a look at the port request? I spoke to one of the chat agents yesterday who said it was in progress and would be done by the end of business yesterday.
