Anyone can tell what's going to happen when I don't upgrade my device till my bill pay ends
@Peter_47683 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. Once your contract is finished your account will remain as a bill pay until you contact our care team to change it.
You'll have a few options available to you once your contract ends I'll list them below for you:
A) You can re-contract.
B) You can change your plan to our SIMO plan which is non-contract. You can check it out here.
C) You can leave your account as it is with no change
D) You can switch from Prepay to Bill Pay.
