Dear Three,   I live near these areas and I think it’s a good idea for you guys to add more Cell towers to these areas as most of the cell towers we get connected to is in greendale shopping centre which doesn’t have LTE spectrum band which means even if you do get 4G in your phone you won’t get the full potential of full bars the cell towers in greendale shopping centre is UMTS which is 3G which means most people would get 3G in the area. Today I tested myself in bayside shopping centre I got 3 bars I think that place is a good place for three to add some cell towers and some areas behind the centra like bayside blvd n. I think the following place needs some cell towers planned in the future if so bayside shopping centre,bayside blvd n, cell tower near stop 544 and cell tower near stop 592 close to the traffic lights. If planning these areas please add LTE(4G) to them and the other spectrum bands you guys have UMTS(3G) and GSM(2G). I think these places can add value and can reduce the data coverage problems people may experience in these areas. Surely in this day and age, your web developers could design a proper system for displaying the roam prices for each plan instead of reply on the archaic method of using Excel Files which can be a security threat with the possibility of someone injecting malicious code into them.   Also would be nice to have a list of countries where 4/5G roaming is available - there used to be a list of countries where 4G roaming was available on the previous version of the website ... I’ve just moved to Ireland and activated a Three Ireland SIM card. Everything is working fine so far, except one thing - I can’t download the My3 app on my iPhone because my Apple ID is still registered in the UK App Store.   It seems the My3 app is geofenced and only available in the Irish App Store. This is quite frustrating, especially for newcomers who might not want to (or can’t) switch their entire Apple ID region just to access one app.   Would it be possible to make the Irish My3 app available in the UK App Store as well? Hello. I activated my Three Ireland SIM today and immediately ran into an issue.   I initially topped up €20 to activate the prepay plan, which worked as expected. However, about 10 minutes later, I added another €20 to have some extra credit on my account—only to find that the same plan was reactivated and the new €20 was instantly used up.   I now realize this behavior is explained here: https://community.three.ie/t5/Prepay/Your-Prepay-Plan-Explained/ta-p/771473   If you top up by €20 before 28 days are up, your plan will re-activate and your remaining allowances at the time of top-up will not carry forward. I understand the logic now, but honestly, it’s not intuitive. I don’t think most people would expect that topping up €20 again during an active plan would trigger a full reactivation, especially without any confirmation or warning.   My suggestion: Please consider adding a simple check to prevent automatic plan reactivation if the same plan is still active. Or at the very least, display a clear warning to users when they top up an amount that will trigger a new plan. This would prevent confusion and unnecessary loss of credit. ... View more

Could Three make a low cost service for just battery replacement. As people are keeping their phones for longer, the only real part of the phone that suffers wear is the battery, it would make sence that replace just the battery so users could keep their phone for another year or two. So if your new 3 customer, battery replacement is X And to show loyality If your a 3 customer for x years, you get % discount off the battery repair   I know repair services exist that do this, but this would be a streamlined process for battery replacement and Greenify 3  ...
