Dear Three,   I live near these areas and I think it’s a good idea for you guys to add more Cell towers to these areas as most of the cell towers we get connected to is in greendale shopping centre which doesn’t have LTE spectrum band which means even if you do get 4G in your phone you won’t get the full potential of full bars the cell towers in greendale shopping centre is UMTS which is 3G which means most people would get 3G in the area. Today I tested myself in bayside shopping centre I got 3 bars I think that place is a good place for three to add some cell towers and some areas behind the centra like bayside blvd n. I think the following place needs some cell towers planned in the future if so bayside shopping centre,bayside blvd n, cell tower near stop 544 and cell tower near stop 592 close to the traffic lights. If planning these areas please add LTE(4G) to them and the other spectrum bands you guys have UMTS(3G) and GSM(2G). I think these places can add value and can reduce the data coverage problems people may experience in these areas. Surely in this day and age, your web developers could design a proper system for displaying the roam prices for each plan instead of reply on the archaic method of using Excel Files which can be a security threat with the possibility of someone injecting malicious code into them.   Also would be nice to have a list of countries where 4/5G roaming is available - there used to be a list of countries where 4G roaming was available on the previous version of the website ... Hi there. I am Three broadband customer for last 3 years,including 5g since last year. I was wondering if there is possibility to add 5g signal to THR_CK0492 site,which is nearly in the town centre? Home broadband is connecting to THR_LK0182 site ,its over 5 kilometers away from the town and always heavy congested between 8 and 11pm . The THR_CK0492 site is much faster in these hours, but its an LTE only. I believe this upgrade would make connection much smoother ,especially for streaming and gaming, as at the moment streaming is difficult .   Just to give some example :  THR_LK0182 at 9pm THR_LK0182 at 9pm with LTE only :   THR_CK0492 at same time     As you can see above ,5g is very congested and instead of helping with speeds its actually slower. Hi, so on MY3 there’s unlimited 20% bonus credit when you top up for being a loyal customer which is really nice. However, you only get the bonus credit for that month and then it disappears after the 30 days, which sucks. It would be nice to be able to bank that bonus credit and let it build up so that I can get a free top up by the time I built up 20 euro’s worth. Now that would be a treat for being a loyal customer… and give a "Use Account Balance" as a payment option to use when topping up and not just card options. Cause the only way to actually use the bonus credit is by add ons that I don’t need, so the bonus is useless to me.   Anyways it’s just an idea. Thank you for listening. ... View more

Would be great if you could buy an additional data SIM card on the same plan as your phone or broadband package. So that you could use your provided data credit on another device, like a modem/router or IoT device.  ... View more

Hi 3 managers, I have this problem for more than one year form the time you took out the option 'Top Up by Voucher' from the website account login page. I will not go for another endless time customer care discussion as I see you don't care about those discussions! Instead I write here this request (Not Suggestion): please put back that dam' voucher option on the website login page! Its a pain to top up again when somebody have only a broadband for internet. I have a phone too but I simply don't like to take off the other sim and place this one just to top up (Turn off Broadband-Take off Sim, Turn off phone-take off Sim-put in Sim-Turn On-Charge/top up- Turn off Phone-Take off Sim again-Put in back the original Phone Sim-Turn on Phone, Put Sim back in broadband-Turn on Broadband!!!), I have a busy life and this is something I really don't want to add to my schedule.. Don't get me wrong otherwise I am happy of the 3 service from more than 8 years I am using it but I simply need only the internet (mobile) and this broadband was and is and it will be further perfect for my need. As you may know I had it for use with me everywhere I went including 3 or 4 countries when I was away of Ireland and it worked very fine. Hi All,  I was  eligible recently for an upgrade, I've never done so before, I was on bill pay 3 unlimited flex max simonly. So I selected my phone and new plan: 3 bill pay 200 5G And I selected keep my OLD number. Phone was sent out with a new sim. Now on mythree I've two plans running.. Which I don't want. I have some suggestions regarding the information tiles (or whatever you call them) in the My3 account dashboard.   I have multiple lines on my account and 1 of them (3 Bill Pay 300) never shows the remaining number of Units left for that month . It shows the International Units, Data and Calls (3 to 3) and I have to navigation to My3 account, then Allowances and then select the line to see the    Could the Data tile not be replaced with one showing the remaining Units for national/Irish calls/texts since Data is unlimited anyway and 99.99% of customers would never care about their data usage here.   The information showing on the tiles to explain what some of them are is lacking/confusing.   For example on the same line one of the tiles just says "Units" - could it not say International Units" (I know it shows the number of units remaining but it can be confusing as to whether its National or International without looking at the number in smaller lettering below to see and remember which it is supposed to be.   Also the "Calls" I feel should be renamed as Three to Three (3-3) Calls to clarify it too.   I also have another line (3 Bill Pay Unlimited 5G)  where it just shows Units (national) and Data - the international Units tile is missing altogether and again you have to dig down via many clicks to find the information.   Could there not be a button on the dashboard to bring you directly to all allowance for that line like the way it does in the App?   I've attached a screenshot of what I see on the dashboard for the 3 Bill Pay 300 line as an example     Thanks   Peter ...
