NAT type won't change from strict

Since getting the ZTE WiFi 6 T3000 router my NAT type has been stuck on Type Strict.

I have tried resetting, port forwarding, enabling DMZ, enabling UPnP, and nothing is working.

The PlayStation I have has a static IP and it still didn't work, and changing networks and using LAN makes no difference, so I have been told it's a problem on the ISP's side so I was wondering if anything can be done to fix that?

Hey @Shane_76711 , I can help you here however you would need to PM us with your broadband number, full name, address and date of birth so I can check what is happening.

 

I have checked here and you have the access to PM however you may just need to refresh the page or log out and back in to view the envelope on the top right of the screen to access your mailbox.

Hey @Andrew_90957, thanks for posting here, I'll just need to make sure everything is correctly set up in the background and send on the steps to set this up on the device so pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, broadband number address and date of birth so I can check this for you. 

Hi @Three_Niall I hope you are well. I am experiencing the same issue with NAT type 3 when using my PlayStation. 

The issue is with the ISP with CGNAT enabled on it, which is blocking it from being anything other than NAT type strict. This is not possible to change with the settings of the ZTE T3000 router and alternative steps within settings do not work. 

This can only be resolved on your end (ISP side) please assist with this issue as I have just had the WiFi installed today and will be returning before the 14 day period if not fixed within that time frame.
