We don't have a "pause" on our Billpay accounts. However I do see the usefulness of a feature like this, lets say, if somebody is moving abroad for a month or so. They could pause their contract and continue it when they return.
I'm not sure it would work like you're implying. If I could pause your contacts, then when it's un-paused the contract would have accumulated, and still be the same amount of months left in the contract.

Yeh just want to pay bill on 1 of them in total that's owed right at the end of contract instead of canceling now and paying total.🤔
But continue paying the monthly bill on other one. ☺️ Let me know if something can be worked out.
@SPWR90 I get where you're coming from, however much I think on this, I can't figure out a way to help you. There are no options to "pause" an account or something similar.
Now, in saying all that, you could be onto something that our future development team would look into. I'm not promising anything immediate or anything at all though!
