Cancel my broadband contract - out of contract

Hi I have used the chat service and I have not had my query answered. I am on three mobile bradband, for a few years now. I am out of contract and switching to another provider on a great deal. I need to know do I have to notify 3 someway of my intention to go to another provider, or put it in writing even though I'm out of contract.

The only option I can find online leads me to an upgrade and a new 24 month contract. I do not want an upgrade I want to leave. My internet speeds not good and has been so frustrating now for months. 

I would like to know how to end my contract with three broadband, and I'm out of contract. I have chosen a new provider and ordered my package.

Sorry to hear that you are considering leaving Three, if you are looking to cancel your broadband account with Three you will need to call 1913 to request for the account to be cancelled and this requires 30 days notice.
