Hi,
I tried 4x times topping up 20eur today and all transactions FAILED. But I can see "-20eur pending" in my AIB bank account. I am worried I will be eventually charged for the 4 attempts.
1st attempt: 20eur by text message to 50100 (shows up as pending in my bank account)
"From 3: Sorry, we cannot process your topup at this time. Please call 1913 for more details."
2nd attempt: 20eur using the 3 mobile app (shows up as pending in my bank account)
Failed
3rd attempt: 20eur using the 3 website (shows up as pending in my bank account)
Failed
4th attempt: 20eur using AIB online baking (shows up as charged but with a +20eur credit too)
Failed
Is there a way to guarantee I won't be charged or at least take note about this now so in the future I can get a refund?
@kadabra Hi there, thanks for all the details above! I really appreciate it. I understand where you're coming from, as it does look like that your bank balance is minus €80. Are all of these transactions pending?
I'm asking because we're aware that some customers are having difficulties with topping-up and this has since been resolved! Top-ups during this time should return to your bank account in a few days.
If you don't see anything by Thursday of next week, will you come back here to us?
