Hi! I had to top up a saved number that isn't mine in the app, but instead, by accident, I topped up my own number, which I had recently topped up and still had credit. In other words I topped up twice. I see this added credit won't extend to another month and will give me no benefits, so the money is gone. I'd like to fix this and get a refund or push it to another month if possible, I'd appreciate your help.

Unfortunately once a top up has been applied to an account we wouldn't be able to refund this back to the card however pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check the account here for you.
