Can't add Three as payment option

Hi, 

 

Three payment option not appearing when I log in via Android app nor gmail account.  Gmail account email address is the same as the email on my Three account.  My Three mobile number is the number on the gmail account.  Is there something else I need to do for it to appear?

 

I reviewed a number these but for the people you helped it doesn't seem like they did anything, did Three just enabled something so Google payments could occur?

Hi @Add_40525 I have not forgotten about this, and I know this is taking longer than expected. I'm still waiting on an update from the 3Pay team. I have asked for an update, as soon as I get something I'll let you know. 

 

Not wanting to sound pushy but this was raised as a problem on the 12th April i.e. 17 days ago..  can we get an update please...

@Add_40525 You're not being pushy at all, it is defiantly taking longer than we expected. I've just reached out to our 3Pay team on this and I'll push for an update for you.

Hi @Add_40525 I know this is taking longer than expected, but I just wanted to reassure you that I have not forgotten about it. Our 3Pay team is in contact with Google and they are to get this resolved for you. 

 

As soon as I get an update from Google I'll let you know.
