Hi,
I am unable to change my address on the app or three website. There is no option for address change when I try to do so, only for name and mobile number. Can someone please assist me?

I'd love to help you with this. When you're in your My3 account and you click on 'My Details and Preferences' do you see any option to update your Details or Contact Address? Have a look at our blog All About: My3 and Prepay it'll guide you.
If you're not seeing the option to update your address let me know what options you are seeing.

The only option I can find in both the app and using the website is "My Profile", which only allows me to edit my name, email address or password for signing in. I do not see My Details and Preferences in any menu.

@Add_85793 when you log in to your My3 via a browser do you see My Details and Preference on the top left of the dashboard?

I see "Details and Preferences" now but it is greyed out and I cannot click on it as a link.

@Add_85793 Thanks for getting back to me 😊 I'd like to take a look at your account because this doesn't sound right. Will you get a chance please PM your name, number, full address (current registered address) and your date of birth.
