Credit used up prematurely

I topped up on the 3rd of march which should have given me all you eat data for 28 days. It is now the 16th of march and I get a text that my balance is low and my data stops working. I would really like some help on this issue please and thanks

I have the same issue, wt

This has also happened to me, I topped up and my plan is still active and had over €100’s of credit just gone! It’s not on and I’m really pee'd tbh

Have the same issue. Topped up on the 5th and got a low credit text and now I have no data. 

Same for me, I also topped up on 5th March

Hey @Add_51024, We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
