EUR2 Day pass

Just got charged 2 euros for a day pass I did not sign up for or need.

My data isn't even set to 3 so I don't know how I was charged at 5 in the morning for this

Someone investigate please and thanks

Hey @Rosie_22225 , I'd be happy to help you here. If you are on a Legacy plan where the €2 Day Pass for data is applicable, this charge will be applied when your device uses mobile data. Pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check the account here for you.
