I used the app to schedule top up every 28 days. I don't know if it has been set up as there isn't a way I can see to confirm it. I went through the process again in case I'd.missed a step but still can't see any.confirmation. Now I'm.worriwd that either I'll be charged.twice.on the scheduled date, or I'll be.left without any connection when the plan expires. Surely there.is.some.place.where.i can.see that payment is scheduled
Hi @Add_36690 welcome to 3Community 👋
To check on your scheduled top up all you need to do is log in to your My3 account and click on top up. From there you Schedule Top Up at the top of the screen and scroll right to the bottom, there you'll see Existing payments.
Let me know if you run into any difficulties.
OK. So if I don't see anything there it means that I don't have a payment scheduled. I've tried4 times now. At least I won't be overcharged. But I can't register top up using a credit card. Any idea how to fix this?. I used to use bank if ireland. That worked great. Who's bright idea was it to scrap that?
@Add_36690 I can understand the frustration, but Bank of Ireland made the decision to remove the top up service from the list of services they offer.
Have you used the card you're trying to register to top up via your My3 account before? You'll need to have topped up at least once via your My3 account with the card you're trying to register before you can set up a scheduled top-up. Please have a look at our blog How to: Schedule a Top Up it will take you through all the necessary steps.
Please let me know if you continue to have difficulties.
Hello. I can't top up using this method either. I've tried to register 3 different cards at this stage but get a "Oops" message when I try to use Top--up now.
My credit expires today so that is awkard.
@Add_36690 To ensure that your plan doesn't expire can you top-up first via our automated system by calling 1913? Once you've topped up can I get you to PM me your number, full name, address, date of birth & a screenshot of the error message you get & I'll look into this further for you.
