Can I change my mobile number and stay on my existing prepay hero plan?

@Stephen_08414 Are you looking to move a number from another network over to Three or just get a new number entirely? If it's either of these scenarios then yes you can change your number & stay on your existing plan.

I have a similar question. I am on an old plan where I keep my 20e credit when I top up and get unlimited data.

I would like to switch my current number to a different network but keep my current plan with a new three number to use as a 2nd sim.

What is the correct process to do that?

@Stephen7 Hi Stephen, it's not possible to move your number, have it replaced with a new number & keep your old plan.

For example, if I was to put a new number on your current plan you'd lose your current number. If you were to move your current number to a different network, your account here with us will be closed & the 2nd SIM would need to be set up on one of our newer prepay plans.

One last scenario which I can probably guess the answer:

If I was to get a 2nd number with 3, could I swap the numbers between each of my 3 plans?

That's a shame.

Seems more like a policy restriction rather than technical issue swapping them around but thanks anyway for checking. I'll have to think of a new plan.
