No 5g on new phone

I recently upgraded to a new 5g enabled phone for the first time but I am still only getting 4g despite my plan (3Prepay) being 5g enabled per the prepay pricing guide, and I'm in an area with 5g coverage. Can you help please? I can PM my details if needed, thanks!
