Hi I’m a new Three customer that just switched over from Vodafone a week ago and wanted to keep my number.My old number still hasn’t been transferred to my Three account. Any help at all is appreciated.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I'm still unable to transfer the number. I get to Step 4 Request Submitted, but get a message saying "Sorry You're request wasn't successful".
@Uladzimir_ie thanks for getting back to me 😊 The next step is I need to review your account, please PM me your name, full address, date of birth, the number you want to keep and the temporary number that came with the sim card.

I'm having similar issue - would like to port my vodafone number to three - couple of times I tried to submit the request online:https://www.three.ie/keep-your-number/ but at step 4 getting error "Sorry You're request wasn't successful". Customer Support is not that helpful - they keep on asking to clear browser cache and keep trying again.
