Plan change by accident

Hi,

I tried topping up my plan by using the my3 app for the first time. I tried to top up by €20 and it ended up changing my plan to a newer one. I didn’t mean to do this I usually top up by phone or at my local shop so I didnt mean to change plans. I would like to go back to my old plan that I have been using for the last almost 6 plus years as that is the reason why I became a three customer.

@Paul_06765 Hi Paul, let's get this checked out for you. What plan have you now switched to & what was the name of your old plan? Depending on what your old plan was it may not be possible to change you back but let's check first to see.
