Hello, I made a €15 top-up and they didn't honor my plan and wouldn't let me do anything. When I called, it said I had no balance. So I had to make a €20 top-up and that one worked. I need your help to get a refund for the €15 they didn't honor! Thank you

Hey @Andrew_65354 thanks for posting here, with your query did you top up by €25 in one transaction to activate the plan? To activate a Prepay plan you would need to top up by the activation amount in one transaction otherwise the credit is added to your balance and you can use this on calls, texts, data and other out of bundle services.
