Suddenly do not have any allowance????

I top up my number on 14th March, but today (16th March) around 1 AM, I suddenly do not have any allowance and do not have access to text, phone and internet!!! This is not making any sense. Can you fix this????

Same here! Topped up one week ago and now zero credit or allowances to be seen....

Same issue here - my allowances are gone, I can't connect to data, my credit is completely drained, and I even tried topping up with another €20 but it still shows no allowances. 

Did you manage to get speaking to an agent?

This has happened to me also. I paid in 10 euro last night manually, thinking I had accidentally drained my credit with an app purchase, but that ten euro was gone this morning. I checked my usages and I have been charged €70 for 'GPRS data' between 15/03 at 23:59 and this morning. It's crazy that this seems to have happened to multiple people in the same time frame

I got through to an agent and sat there 20 mins waiting for a reply, then apparently they just left because it put me back in a queue…. Ridiculous 

Same thing keeps happening to me, I get "connected to an agent" and then nothing happens until I'm put back in the queue again

Exactly the same topped up yesterday I didn’t make one call or text yesterday only had my data on for a while and now I have €0 credit. The plan obviously didn’t kick in. Complete crap no one is answering the phones today
