I top up my number on 14th March, but today (16th March) around 1 AM, I suddenly do not have any allowance and do not have access to text, phone and internet!!! This is not making any sense. Can you fix this????

I always pay the bills when it’s needed in time. Having no balance is something very frustrating. Now it’s time to three provides its duty.
Same, no Balance back, and I had to top up twice 20 euro In less than a week. I have no refund of the extra 20 euro I had to spend neither.

Since credit has an expiry date, we are currently losing credit, unless the date is extended for all batches of credit affected.
A customer service rep said yesterday "I would like to inform you that currently there is no update regarding credit expiry period." which suggests there's no plan on extending the expiry. That doesn't align with your statement.
Hey @Add_57861, thanks for posting here, as previously advised we can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue which occurred on Sunday morning and our teams are working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days. As the team are continuing to sort this out I don't have any information yet regards the expiry dates.

Dear 3. When will credit be restored. I'm tired if being told I've no credit when I try and call my mother. Imagine if there was an emergency. Have you a contingency plan at all?
