Voicemail - Account Balance Too Low

This is one for the Development Team.

Allow prepay users to access their voicemail for free.

I genuinely can't find an option that would allow me to pay for this service (that is a special service apparently) even if I wanted to pay for it. Pre-pay customers have to pay 15c per minute for this service, as stated in a response post by one of 3's admins:  "Voicemail calls are charged at 15c per minute and are outside of your price plan benefits" (https://community.three.ie/t5/Prepay/Voicemail-charge-on-unlimited-plan/td-p/769392).

I'm in a position where I can't access my voicemail. Why? This seems utterly illogical.
