So I usually go for the €20 prepay plan for the 28 day deal. I last topped up on March 7th, however, earlier today on March 16th, my credit ran out for some reason? This shouldn’t happen, as by my rough calculations, I’m covered until early April.
I checked the detailed usages of my account. There’s a series of ‘GPRS’ charges which amount to €0, but then there’s a couple that drain my credit. I cannot figure out where this came from. This has never happened before, so I’m unsure what to do. This is even my first post here…
None of my habits are abnormal - I pretty much stream media, text, and use my hotspot, aside from general internet stuff. My phone does attempt to automatically update though (iPhone iOS 17 to 18)- could that be it? Although this has happened for the past while without issues.
There’s no way to conveniently gather screenshots of many samples, but here’s some of what I refer to;
So far I’ve sent a general query via email to support, but I thought I’d also post on this forum now that I found it. I tried looking for similar issues from other people, but not many instances came up. Hoping someone can look at my account to see what’s up.

Hey @Liam_43430 , We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
I've had the exact same issue. Woke up this morning and all my credit has disappeared. I have the same charges for gprs with a zero charge. I don't do anything out of the ordinary. I use Hotspot but not excessively. Of course nobody is around to help today.
Exactly same thing happened to me, everything gone over night and two weeks left on the plan.
Not using as hot-spot or anything like that at all.
Same thing happened to me today - I didn’t even use my hotspot yesterday. One €2 charge and then a €95 charge!?!! This has to be a mistake.
I also woke up this morning and boom, nearly 80 euros gone. GPRS charges.
Same for me. €26.71 gone to leave my credit as €0.
I am the same, my phone stopped working at 1:50am and when I checked my credit had been wiped using GPRS when I have all you can eat top up plan.
Same for me, massive charge in at 4am when I was not using my phone. No hotspotting. No auto updates on either so no idea how it would have been used up. What's going on @Mythree

Something like that screenshot was what I wanted to do, but I’m not sure how to get to that view, only shows things like I screenshotted!
Things seemed to return to normal for me this morning anyway so I’m not sure what the story is, although I’d be curious.
GPRS seems to be a slower service than 3/4G…but that’s all I know.
