Why was all my credit deducted?

Why was all my credit deducted?

I am on the Three Essential prepay plan. Last week, Three deducted all of my credit, describing it as a credit adjustment, leaving me with a nil balance. I would like to know why please?

Hey @patboyce_05583  , Welcome to the 3Community 🙂

 

From the query above it sounds like you are on a prepay plan. On Prepay your credit will expire 180 days from the date that your account was last topped up. You can view when credit is due to expire by selecting "View History"  on the home screen of My3 and then viewing the "My Balance Details" tab on the next screen.
