Google Play: Can't add Three as payment option

I've tried both in the Google Play app in my phone and also the https://play.google.com/ website

In none of them I see the option to add Three as a payment method. Is there anything that needs to be set up in my account?

@JB2020 Hello there 👋 Let's take a look at this for you. When you go into Play Store and then Payment Methods, what options do you have in there? A screenshot would be fantastic 👌

I can see the option now and I managed to purchase a book in Google.

I promise it wasn't there before! Thanks for your help anyways 🙂

@ABCDE Hi there, can you tell me a bit more? Were you able to access 3Pay as a payment option before? When was the last time you could use it? What type of phone do you have? 

Have you logged out of Play store and back in to see if that helps?
