How to turn off the Adult Content Filter

We understand that mobile phones are part of daily life, and to help young people enjoy these services safely we provide internet filters to limit access to material that may not be suitable. This filter is automatically applied for prepay customers.

 

Customers who are over 18 can request for this age restriction to be removed. All you need to do is contact our Live Webchat team here with your account details.

 

Please note: If contacting the chat team on a desktop, you must have the Pop-Ups blocker disabled. If the blocker is enabled then the Chat Pop-Up box will not work

 

Once we have verified your age, we'll remove the filter. It can take 24 hours to complete

 

If you have a bill pay account, the filter is not applied as you need to be at least 18 to open this account type. However, if you’d like to have the filter applied feel free to contact us and we can help.
