I too am experiencing this issue. I switched to a new Three SIM Only top up account in July. iPhone 15. I have dual e-sim. Messages and data are defaulted to use the Three SIM.
Have tried restarting network settings, logging in/out of iCloud, toggling iMessage and SMS on and off. It’s getting a bit annoying as links or media I send to my spouse (also iPhone user) doesn’t go through and shows not delivered message, but it goes through sometimes. Looking for any guidance
