MY3 "Your Device" information

Is there any way to change the device details displayed in Your Device on the MY3 page?  Currently mine show as Unknown

@dbrady Hi there. At present, you can't update your device via My3. However if you'd like to have it update, please contact 1913 or our messaging team. 

Was you phone bought on Three or a different network? If it's a non-Three device you'll need proof of purchase!

Phone was purchased in Harvey Normans last June, how would I get Proof to you guys?

@dbrady perfect! Follow this link click here and it will open our "contact us" form. Select general as your contact reason and account admin as your query type. Of course, fill out all the other sections. There is an option to upload the proof of purchase. Please make sure you fill out the comment section with as much detail as possible.

I’ve been in touch with customer service using the form provided here and they denied registering and updating my new device as it wasn’t bought in a 3 store. I bought my device in iConnect, an official Apple reseller, it’s a brand new phone and I sent the proof of purchase so to be honest I’m more than fed-up with the lack of service and useless agents that have no clue what they’re doing.

Could someone please help with this?? My device needs to be registered with the network as requested by my insurance provider, if something happens to my phone I’m not covered at all and I’ve been hunting customer care for weeks now:

Thank you for contacting Three. Hope you are well!

As per our process, we can register the phone on account only if that is purchased from Three or Three shop.

I have checked the proof or purchase and noticed that phone was not purchased from  Three.

In this case, unfortunately we are unable to register the phone on account.

Hi Alberto_02979, the only devices we can add to your account are devices purchased from Three. As you purchased the device through iConnect, this phone would be registered to Apple. Can I ask which insurance provider you're looking to sign up to? Is it through Three?
