Overcharged on my bill

I got an iPhone 13 on bill pay 2 months ago. I chose the €60 bill pay plan and I was assured that I would get €10 off for the first three months, meaning the bill for my first 3 months was only meant to be €50 for each month. Ever since I bought the phone, I’ve been getting charged between €70-95. When I got the first bill, I went back into the shop to question why I was being overcharged on my bill. I was reassured that the price would go back to normal the second month, even though this wasn’t the case. Last month I was charged €89, and my bill due for next month is €95. I would also like a refund on the money I have been overcharged on the last two bills I paid. Thanks

@Oyinkan_14792 Hi there, you'll need to log out and log back into the Community and you'll be able to send a PM with your details from there. I'd advise deleting your latest post due to the sensitive information.

@Oyinkan_14792 Thanks for the PM with your details. I've checked on your account & in regards to your first bill, the charges are correct. With your first bill, it's always higher to learn more about it check out our article All About: Your First Bill.

Looking at your bills I can see charges for premium texts from a number 57976. I would advise texting 'STOP' to this number to prevent any further charges. I've included a link to our article Premium Rate Services. This article has a section on how to be refunded for the charges & how to get the contact details for the company charging for the premium service. I would suggest logging into your My3 account as you'll be able to view your bills & see the charges directly.
